AI Adoption Analyst (m/f/d)

Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Adoption Analyst to drive the adoption and strategic implementation of AI across our organization. This person will monitor industry developments, analyze competitive AI strategies, and identify both internal and external opportunities for AI-driven innovation. The AI Adoption Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI across the group (from product development, product delivery and servicing, to marketing and sales), enhance internal processes, and explore new ways to deliver AI-powered value to our customers.
What your day will look like
- Define and refine the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Identify, explore and evaluate opportunities and key areas for AI adoption within the organization to enhance internal processes and make Thinkproject more efficient by leveraging state-of-the-art AI tools.
- Analyze and monitor AI trends, disruptions, and emerging technologies in the B2B SaaS space with focus on construction tech.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI technologies that could impact the SaaS industry or offer competitive advantages.
- Regularly analyze the competitive landscape such as competitor offerings and market developments to understand AI capabilities and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Provide insights on AI trends, best practices, and disruptions to help inform business decisions.
- Develop adoption strategies and frameworks to evaluate, track, and assess AI technologies relevant to Thinkproject
- Support teams to leverage and operationalize AI and automation tools across all departments and in implementing and assessing created value. Examples could be:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify and implement AI tools and technologies that optimize internal development workflows.
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven processes such as automated code review, bug detection, test automation, and other development efficiencies.
- Automate manual tasks in software provisioning, configuration, and maintenance
- Act as expert for AI solutions, providing training and guidance to internal teams on best practices and emerging tools.
- Follow-up on AI adoption projects and directly report findings to the management
- Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to explore how AI can be incorporated into existing products to create innovative solutions for clients and bring innovation to market.
- Help define new AI-driven features, functionalities, and enhancements that can deliver tangible business value to customers.
- Engage with key customers to understand their AI needs and challenges, translating these insights into product innovation and development.
- Monitor customer feedback on AI-based product features to continually improve offerings.
- Work closely with senior leadership, product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure AI initiatives align with the overall company vision.
- Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive AI adoption across all departments.
- Closely work together with the CIO on impacts on cybersecurity and legal and compliance on monitoring and staying informed about changes in relevant regulations and industry guidelines
What you need to fulfill the role
- Degree in a business and tech-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies, preferably in a strategy consulting or B2B Saas environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, technologies, and platforms, with a focus on process automation, and/or product innovation.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability and will to learn fast and stay current with the fast-developing space of AI.
- Ability to work self-standing
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver results.
- Experience with SaaS product development, agile methodologies, and software engineering processes.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
