Account Executive – Netherlands (m/f/d)
What your day will look like
Your Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition:
Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities with prospective clients who have not previously engaged with Thinkproject.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Research potential clients and industries to uncover opportunities where Thinkproject solutions add measurable value. Leverage multiple channels, including inbound qualified leads, networking, account-based marketing, and social media outreach.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with Thinkproject’s go-to-market strategy. Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close.
Consultative Selling:
Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, define desired outcomes, and tailor Thinkproject’s value proposition accordingly. Deliver compelling presentations and demos.
Deal Negotiation:
Manage negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes and close deals effectively.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, market movements, and competitors to identify emerging opportunities and strategic risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, report key metrics, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Your Profile
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience selling SaaS or Cloud-based solutions.
2. Proven track record in new customer acquisition / new logo sales.
3. Strong skills in outcome-based, consultative solution selling.
4. Native or fluent Dutch speaker with business-level English.
5. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Motivated self-starter who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
