Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strength-to-strength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.
What your day will look like
- Coordinate and manage workflow processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Timely and accurate liaison with the leadership team/staff and vendors where required.
- Office supply replenishment.
- Liaison with vendors where office maintenance is required.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Assisting with travel arrangements, car rentals and accommodation for staff
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Administration setup and configuration of SaaS Licensing.
- Work with the accounts department to prepare and process SaaS invoices accurately and on time, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Assist with Invoice queries related to licensing
What you need to fulfill the role
- Proven experience as an Administrator / Office Manager.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive, diplomatic approach.
- Capacity to manage workflow priorities.
- Confident self-starter who enjoys problem-solving.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of the full MS Office suite.
- Can always exercise judgement and discretion.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Accounting background would be beneficial
- High School certificate
- (Optional) bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related field
- (Optional) Experience as an office administrator or office manager
