Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). What your day will look like

  • You are responsible for a smooth delivery and update of internal software solutions using Microsoft InTune. 
  • You install and maintain internal IT systems, from laptops to servers to network infrastructure. 
  • The rollout of new workstations is an essential part of your job.  
  • You ensure continuous maintenance and further development of the Active Directory (Azure and on-prem) as well as the administration of GPOs. 
  • You set up user accounts in Active Directory and manage these and other applications. 
  • You provide support for Thinkproject employees in internal user support using the ZenDesk system.  
  • Collaboration on company-wide projects for the optimization and further development of the IT infrastructure. 
  • You will also reliably create meaningful documentation in French and English. 
  • Willingness to travel on business as part of projects or team-building measures. 

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Successfully completed training in the IT field, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification. 
  • Ideally, first professional experience in IT support or IT administration.  
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of Windows systems.  
  • Confident handling of Active Directory and other elementary network services as well as VMWare. 
  • Ideally experience with Linux and MacOS.  
  • Very good knowledge of French and English with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards new tasks.
