We are looking for a Channel Account/Support Manager (m/f/d) who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment, bringing expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

As part of the team, you will take responsibility for the internationalisation of the "channel" within the Thinkproject group. Working closely with our sales team, you will play a key role in analysing our partners' needs for training, documents, manuals, whitepapers and more. The development of the channel strategy and partner enablement in the regions as well as the generation of SaaS revenue plays a central role.
 

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • Review and analysis of our partners' certifications to identify and address any deficits
  • Evaluation of learning concepts and definition of objectives
  • Creation of content for trainings and documents in our "Partner Portal
  • Support of the partner portal for the provision of documents, whitepapers and news
  • Support for on-site trainings and "train-the-trainer" trainings
  • Ongoing review of KPIs, documentation of results and identification of improvement potentials in cooperation with the various thinkproject locations
  • Optimisation of our channel processes
  • Conception & creation of a flexible onboarding plan and a sales enablement model
  • Sales management of partners through funnel and pipeline reports as well as lead registration

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a channel role within a software sales organisation, e.g. SaaS
  • Numerical affinity, analytical and data-driven mindset, and efficient and professional communication skills when dealing with partners and "value added resellers"
  • Experience with learning platforms and understanding how businesses are driven by competencies
  • Data driven, highly organised, efficient and meticulous 
  • Working independently and preparing decisions is your passion
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, additional Spanish and/or French skills are a plus
