We are looking for a Channel Development Manager (m/f/d) who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, international environment and bring expertise to a fast growing construction industry.

You will be responsible for the internationalization of the "Channel Development" within the thinkproject group. In close cooperation with our central sales team, you will play a key role in analyzing the needs of our channel partners for trainings, documents, manuals, white papers and much more. The development of the channel strategy in the regions plays a central role.


  • Review and analysis of our partners' certifications in order to identify and correct any shortcomings, so that the quality of our partners' sales and support can be continuously improved
  • Evaluation of learning concepts and definition of goals
  • Creation of content for trainings and documents in our "partner portal
  • Support for on-site training and "train-the-trainer" courses
  • Continuous review of KPIs, documentation of results and identification of improvement potentials in cooperation with the different thinkproject locations
  • Optimization of our channel processes
  • Conception & creation of a flexible onboarding plan and a sales enablement model


  • 2+ years experience in a channel role within a software sales organization, e.g. SaaS
  • An affinity for numbers, analytical and data-driven thinking as well as efficient and professional communication skills in dealing with partners and "value added resellers"
  • Experience with learning platforms and understanding how organizations are driven by competencies
  • Data-driven, highly organized, efficient and accurate
  • German and English fluent in spoken and written. Further Spanish and/or French language skills would be a plus
