What do we do?
What your day will look like
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including customer agreements and supplier agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain a contract repository and track key material terms and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Promote a culture of legal compliance throughout the company.
- Identify and assess potential contractual risks and liabilities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related enquiries and issues.
- Implement best practices for contract management and provide training to internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer, including organising files and handling correspondence, billing matters and the opportunity to participate in Legal Projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual and legal matters.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in multinational environment.
- Tech sector in-house legal experience preferable (but not essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience in using Contract Management tools and Legal AI tools preferable.
- Multiple language competencies are a plus (German, French).
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Personable, confident, responsive and a self-starter.
- Highly organized and responsive.
- Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
