What your day will look like

As a Support Specialist in the Professional Services Team, you will ensure seamless customer support, product understanding, and collaboration across teams to optimize the user experience by creating Custom Contracts.
  • Create Custom Contracts: Using the Custom Contracts toolkit under guidance and specific documentation provided by the Solution Specialist or Technical Consultant responsible for client engagement.
  • Product expertise: Develop an expert understanding of Thinkproject Custom Contract toolkit to offer in-depth Contract Creation and enablement in customer environments.
  • Create Custom Forms: with documented guidance and scope create inline forms using the toolkit.
  • Custom Workflow: Accompanying the forms will be the creation of Workflow the forms follow including conditional routing managed using SQL scripts.
  • Documentation: Follow detailed documentation explaining what forms to use and what workflow to follow to ensure compliance with stated information.
  • Cross-departmental liaison: Work with other teams to ensure where necessary cross team collaboration takes place.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Fluent English Language skills are mandatory.
  • Meticulous with the ability to follow document procedures accurately. 
  • Initiative-taking with a desire to learn and grow in the field of solution implementation and support. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Detailed level knowledge of SQL to be able to write SQL scripting.
