In this role you will report to the Managing Director & Regional Sales Manager Austria and Switzerland.

 

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • Building and developing relationships with strategic prospect customers (“new logos”) in the enterprise segment  
  • Develop and maintein relationship with existing customers to coniuously cross-/upsell in order to generate more projects, other products/modules
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the coordination of the local team, in alignment with the Regional Manager AT/CH
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the Regional Manager AT/CH as well as other international markets to benefit from best practices, competitive insights, etc. 
  • Introduction and optimisation of sales processes (e.g. MEDDIC Sales methodology, Forecasting, etc.) and structures (Usage of CRM, team organisation, Sales Enablement, etc.) in close cooperation with Group Sales Operations   
  • Representation of the company in the Swiss construction and real estate industry and establishment as a reliable contact for decision-makers  
  • Liaising with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Delivery, Product Management)
  • Maintaining operational tasks such as local office support

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in Sales
  • Ideally previous experience in managing sales teams
  • Experience in solution sales as well as enterprise sales approach
  • Experience in a cross functional matrix setting
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Ability to leverage solution expertise, build relationships and gain the trust of business and technical users
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Proven leadership skills in the ability to recruit, mentor, coach and develop employees
  • Passion to motivate and develope a strong team
  • Experience in the Software Industry, (especially SaaS, ideally for the Construction phase)
  • Fluent German and English language skills. French language skills are an asset
