As a Working student in Credit & Collections, your mission is to support the efficient and effective management of our accounts receivable processes.
What your day will look like
Main responsibilities
- Assist in managing and improving the accounts receivable process, including tracking and reconciling payments.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to secure payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to invoices or payments.
- Collaborate with the billing team, sales, and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
What you need to fulfill the role
Experience (technical / leadership)
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting).
- Initial practical experience in finance through an internship or as working student is a plus.
Functional expertise or method expertise
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Approachable, flexible and communicative.
- Keen to take responsibility and work independently.
- English language mandatory. It’s a plus any other languages. (French, Spanish, German)
