As part of the thinkproject group, thinkproject conclude is a high-quality service provider for innovative software solutions for demanding construction projects. To strengthen the "ServicePoint" team, we are looking for full-time support for our location in Wuppertal.
 

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • You are responsible for answering telephone & written support enquiries from our customers and are therefore the voice and ear of Conclude
  • Customer satisfaction is close to your heart. You analyse existing processes, implement your own ideas and thus contribute to a constantly increasing customer satisfaction
  • In cooperation with the team, you quickly find solutions to problems that arise and support them in their day-to-day business 
  • You enjoy familiarising yourself with a complex software solution in order to be able to guarantee excellent customer support
  • You record customer feedback and pass it on to the appropriate stakeholders
  • You support our users in learning and using our solution by means of comprehensible training documents and in the form of web trainings

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • You have professional experience in customer service and have a passion for advising customers
  • Ideally, you have experience in IT support or user support
  • You understand how to provide excellent service to our customers and are highly service-oriented
  • You like to contribute your own ideas and enjoy working in a dynamic environment 
  • You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and your way of working is reliable, structured and independent.
  • very good German andEnglish skills (further language skills such as French are an advantage)
