What your day will look like
- Analyze and Prepare Revenue-Based Data:
Examine and process operational data with a strong focus on revenue metrics—such as revenue per project/customer, margin, and cost —to uncover financial optimization opportunities in the service area. - Create Reports and Dashboards:
Develop reports and dashboards centered on financial KPIs to support data-driven decisions by the team and leadership. - Develop and Automate Revenue Data Processes:
Design and automate data workflows with a focus on capturing, calculating, and reporting key revenue and cost indicators to improve efficiency in service operations. - Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with teams like Finance and Customer Support to ensure data insights are aligned with business goals and reflect accurate financial performance. - Monitor and Report on Revenue KPIs:
Track and report on financial performance indicators including project margins, customer cost efficiency, and revenue development to support continuous improvement. - Conduct Ad-Hoc Revenue Analyses:
Perform on-demand financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and service area optimizations.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Language Skills: Fluent English language is mandatory
- Educational Background: A completed degree in Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable field is a plus.
- Experience in Data Analysis: Initial practical experience in data analysis, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Analytical Tools: Advanced skills in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Management: Basic understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Analytical and Independent Work Style: A structured, self-reliant working style combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and understandable manner
