What your day will look like
- Support Sales team with deal structuring, optimizing trade-offs between terms and conditions to maximize value creation.
- Participate in deal reviews along Sales/Sales Leadership, driving alignment with company policies and pricing
- Oversee the timely and accurate submissions of deals through governance process for necessary approvals
- Update and manage pricing guides, exception approvals, quote and contract templates.
- Identify issues to streamline deal desk operations
- Provide training to sales teams on deal desk procedures and use of respective tools and systems
- Collaborate across various departments like sales, finance, legal, deal validation and other to remove deal-related obstacles, driving success rate and customer satisfaction
What you need to fulfill the role
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Deal management or a similar role in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or a tech driven business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
- Track record of successful deal management in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to apply data analysis techniques.
- Negotiation skills and ability to handle complex deals.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Understanding of contract management principles
- Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus
