What your day will look like

We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on and analytical Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Digital team. As the go-to Digital person in the company, you will be at the heart of all digital marketing activities. The website is the most important source to generate leads and therefore needs constant optimization.
You base decisions on customer insights and market data and have a high analytical flair. You will report to the Director Digital. On a daily basis, you work hand in hand with the Marketing team as well as external agencies. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Constantly aim to optimize the end-to-end customer experience across multiple countries, channels and customer touch points to maximize conversion
  • Optimize the website to achieve a great user experience for the respective target groups
  • Create landing pages that maximize conversion
  • SEO: Drive engaging SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic and ranking on relevant search terms in our main markets
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage agencies and other software vendors
  • Constant evaluation of emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Passion for the online world
  • 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Highly organized, hands-on, detail oriented and able to prioritize requests under time pressure
  • Strong analytical brain, with quick ability to act and optimize on the insights
  • Experience with relevant tools: CMS tools, ideally Wordpress, Google Analytics, other tracking tools
  • Fluent English language skills. German, French and Spanish are a plus
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced international, multi-cultural environment
