What your day will look like
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario
planning, and investment decisions. - Deliver clear insights on revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and other key metrics.
- Partner with business unit leaders to align financial plans with operational strategy
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and
capital allocation decisions. - Support board and investor reporting with high-quality analysis and presentations.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
Tools, Systems & Process Excellence
- Drive the implementation and optimization of world-class FP&A tools and reporting
systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan). - Improve financial reporting processes to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Champion the use of automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
for enhanced decision-making
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration across finance.
- Partner with global finance and accounting teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
What you need to fulfill the role
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Around 4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Big 4 advisory, ideally with exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and corporate transactions.
- 5+ years of in-house FP&A / strategic finance experience, ideally in a high-growth or PE-backed environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools and reporting systems.
Experience working in a global, fast-paced, technology-driven or SaaS organization is highly desirable. - Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy and operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel.
- Expertise in FP&A tools and reporting systems.
- Strong presentation skills, with ability to distill complex data into clear messages.
- Collaborative leader with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
