Mission

We are looking for a Finance Analyst (f/m/d) to join our FP&A team, playing a key role in understanding and optimising our recurring revenue performance. This role is central to providing accurate visibility into ARR, renewals, retention and revenue trends, helping the business make informed commercial decisions through robust analysis and high-quality reporting.

You will own recurring revenue reporting and forecasting, analyse customer cohorts and churn trends, ensure the integrity of revenue data, and partner closely with Sales, GTM and Finance to provide meaningful commercial insights. Working in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment, you'll help improve revenue forecasting, strengthen reporting processes and support strategic growth initiatives.

Main responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Data Quality

  • Own revenue data integrity and hygiene across finance and commercial systems.
  • Reconcile and triangulate bookings, billings, ARR and recognised revenue to ensure consistency and accuracy across reporting.

Recurring Revenue & Forecasting

  • Own the forecasting of recurring revenue, ARR, MRR and related SaaS revenue metrics.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, incorporating bookings, renewals, churn and expansion assumptions.
  • Support long-range planning by modelling recurring revenue scenarios and growth drivers.

Revenue Analytics & Insights

  • Produce regular reporting and analysis on ARR, MRR, retention, churn, net revenue retention (NRR), gross revenue retention (GRR), renewals and customer lifetime value.
  • Perform cohort analysis to understand customer behaviour, retention trends and revenue performance over time.
  • Analyse revenue drivers and identify commercial risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Deliver clear commentary and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.

What you need to fulfill the role

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role in a high-growth SaaS business
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, renewals, NRR, GRR and customer cohorts.
  • Experience building forecasting models and analysing recurring revenue performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to reconcile large datasets and identify anomalies.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercially curious with a proactive approach to solving business problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in PE-backed businesses and comfort operating in investor-grade cadence and scrutiny.
  • SQL, BigQuery or similar data querying experience.
  • Fluency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Experience working with CRM and billing platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition principles and subscription billing processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and an interest in using technology to improve analysis and reporting.
