Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalization tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalization to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like
- Design marketing campaign plans aligned to go to market priorities, with clear strategy and relevant tactics to drive demand
- Ability to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaigns including creative designs that address customers’ needs
- Design and manage production of high value short and long form, multi-lingual content that delivers against campaign objectives, managing internal and external agencies
- Partner with product marketing, event marketing, partner marketing and sales teams to ensure effective execution that results in closed won deals
- Monitor, review and report on campaign activity and results
- Own the campaign from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed on progress
What you need to fulfill the role
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing global, multi-touch campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google, email, podcasts, websites, and webinars
- Strong demand generation skills with a customer-centric mentality
- Ability to create compelling creative ideas and concepts that increase performance
- Highly indexed on delivery and execution
- Knowledge and appreciation of enterprise cloud software
- Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; able to manage multiple and complex priorities
- Significant experience in the marketing of B2B software products
- Excellent understanding of demand generation
- Demonstrable ability to execute campaigns effectively to achieve targets
- Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
- Fluent English. Other languages (French, German) are always a benefit
- Experience working within a global, virtual environment and matrix organization
- Experience developing and executing ABM programs
