What your day will look like
If you are passionate about payroll, enjoy supporting others, and want to lead payroll transformation, this role is for you. As Global Payroll Process Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and standardizing payroll processes across 12 countries in EMEA and APAC.
You will bring strong expertise in payroll deployment, implementation, and integrations, ensuring a smooth transition to a new global payroll provider while applying solid project and people management skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Own global payroll process design, documentation, and governance for 12 international entities.
- Standardize and optimize payroll workflows by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing escalations and improvements.
- Design and manage payroll SLAs and KPIs in partnership with Finance and external payroll vendors.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Operations team on issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management for new country rollouts and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements.
What you bring
Experience
- University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations, including multi-country payroll delivery, system implementation and integrations.
- Proven experience in global payroll implementations, transitions, or vendor migrations.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll models and managing external payroll providers implementation & integration.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to payroll transformation or global standardization initiatives.
- Prior experience with global payroll platforms; ADP experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on involvement in internal and external payroll audits, including audit preparation, controls, and remediation actions
Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with payroll platforms (e.g. ADP, Oracle, TMF)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Solid data entry, reporting, and analytical capabilities
- Proven project management experience, including system implementations and integrations
- Experience with payroll transformation or global standardization programs
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
