What your day will look like
Mission
- Enable efficient, structured and scalable HR governance and employee relations processes with a focus on the German market
- Ensure that HR, compliance and German labour law-related topics (including Works Council matters) are well-prepared, tracked and documented
Main responsibilities
HR Governance & Coordination
- Coordinate and prepare German employee relations and Works Council-related topics
Draft meeting minutes and track actions and deadlines - Ensure structured and compliant documentation across all topics
Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare first drafts of works agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen) and HR policies
Maintain and further develop standard templates and clause libraries - Coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders and external legal support
Project Coordination & Topic Management
- Support coordination of HR and compliance-related projects with a focus on Germany (e.g. time tracking, regulatory initiatives)
- Maintain transparency via tracking tools (Kanban boards)
- Manage intake and structuring of new requests
Process, Tools & Governance Support
- Support implementation of standardised processes and governance structures
- Maintain documentation repositories and knowledge base
- Ensure consistency, data quality and process adherence
What you need to fulfill the role
Qualifications:
- Exposure to German labour law, Works Council or co-determination topics is a strong plus
Experience in project coordination or project management environments - Experience in structured or international environments is beneficial
Functional expertise
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Experience with project tracking tools
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
