Want to work in a culture built on mutual trust and respect? How about having the freedom to make work fit into your life (and not the other way round)? A career with Thinkproject could be just the opportunity you're looking for.

What do we do?
Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strength-to-strength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.

As a Head of Finance Transformation you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing critical finance and procurement processes from the ground up. The role will focus on driving operational efficiency, ensuring successful data migration (including NetSuite and Data Warehouse/SFDC integrations), and establishing robust procurement operations.
Being a key contributor to the organization’s transformation journey, you will act as a key partner aligning financial operations with strategic objectives and ensuring scalable, efficient processes.

The role requires a deep understanding of business process optimization, CRM and ERP knowledge (particularly NetSuite), and a proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

What your day will look like

Finance Transformation:
  • Drive the NetSuite migration to completion, ensuring seamless implementation, minimal disruption, and alignment with business needs
  • Lead the integration of the DWH and Salesforce systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability for key business insights
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and execute successful system rollouts
  • Develop a transformation roadmap to future-proof finance operations through automation, standardization, and best practices.
Strategic Leadership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for financial and operational improvements
  • Align finance operations and procurement strategies with overall company goals to support scalable growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, integrating relevant advancements into the organization’s operations

What you need to fulfill the role

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, transformation, and procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP migrations (NetSuite preferred) and system integrations (e.g., DWH, SFDC)
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, procurement best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, establish processes, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
