What your day will look like

Play a critical role in managing our O365 and Intune cloud environment. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, optimizing, and monitoring cloud resources to ensure high performance, stability, and security. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in cloud services and operational excellence. 
 
Main responsibilities:
·       Manage O365/Intune cloud infrastructure.
·       Ownership and management of customer incidents to resolution within agreed SLA’s
·       Monitor and optimize cloud system performance.
·       Implement security measures to safeguard cloud resources.
·       Automate cloud operations and processes.
·       Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
·       Provide support and technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool
·       Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
·       Must have an absolute commitment to service quality and customer focus
·       Be a liaison between IT and Security ensuring that policies are aligned with security

What you need to fulfill the role

·       5 years+ experience working in an IT Service Desk team supporting remote users
·       5 years+ experience in a relevant information technology role
 
·       Knowledge of ITIL is essential for this role
·       Proven experience with O365/Intune cloud services.
·       Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and application deployments.
·       Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
·       Experience with monitoring and logging tools in a cloud environment.
·       Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
·       Office 365
 
 Also good Communication Skills, Excellent English (Spoken and Written), Motivated with a desire to mentor and train others
