We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for the German speaking regions who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

You will be responsible for business development with our products at major enterprise customers in Switzerland. You will accompany our customers from the first needs analysis to the drafting of contracts. You will report to the managing director Switzerland.

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for the German speaking regions incl. Fribourg and Wallis
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts (100 – 150 clients)
  • Make presentations to project owners, managers, senior managers, and decision makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Mainly responsible for the representation of our SaaS CDE products, as well as mobile apps
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Assist technical team with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager of SaaS solutions for construction sector
  • Ideally previous experience in the software industry
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
  • Experience in project organization and ability to quickly establish trustworthy customer contacts
  • High level of personal initiative and problem-solving competence
  • Very good communication skills at all levels of our customers
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills. French language skills are a plus
