We are looking for two Junior Technical Consultants (m/f/d). As a Junior Technical Consultant (m/f/d) you will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success by supporting and advising customers in the implementation and usage of our products and services.

We are looking for two Junior Technical Consultants (m/f/d). As a Junior Technical Consultant (m/f/d) you will assist in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success by supporting and advising customers in the implementation and usage of our products and services.

What your day will look like
- Supporting the Technical Consultant to establish a sustainable customer relationship and a relationship of trust of the assigned customers; assist in the development of customer
- Assist in customer meetings and presentations at national and international levels.
- Support the development of platform concepts
- Provide technical support and consult customers
- Collaborate with the Solution Specialists in the configuration of software
- Support quality assurance in project deliverables and customer interactions.
- Accompany further development of products
- Support in the development of a strategy for the client's path (up-selling, und cross-selling)
- Assist in executing project management tasks for customer projects/programs.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Or a vocational training in a technical or commercial subject
- Previous experience in a technical or consulting role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent language skills in German and good English skills
