Thinkproject’s team is growing, we are seeking experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our continued growth in the UK. If you are an ambitious, strategic new-business hunter then this is a unique opportunity to represent the market leading contract management system CEMAR, and to shake up the CDE and BIM world by bringing thinkproject's leading CONCLUDE and DESITE platforms to the UK.  

You will focus on lead generation and new customer acquisition, supported by a fantastic pipeline of inbound enquires, alongside a wealth of cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle including lead generation and developing targeted sales strategies for prospecting
  • Using MEDDIC to manage the sales process and effectively develop, qualify and close new business
  • Presenting the thinkproject suite of solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, account information and sales forecasts within CRM
  • Preparing, submitting proposals to prospects and executing contracts
  • Research and maintain knowledge on best practice, strategic project pipelines, sector intelligence and any relevant technologies
  • Relationship building and networking across the industry

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile

  • Proven enterprise/solution Software sales experience, with quantifiable track record of meeting quotas in excess of £1million
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within prospects, customers and partners
  • Demonstrable track record of new lead generation, value creation, closing deals, objection handling and expanding existing Clients
  • Practical hands-on experience of either, EDMS, CDE, BIM or Contract Management software, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude
  • Prepared to travel extensively throughout the UK, with full UK driving license
