We are looking for a Lead Doc Controller (m/f/d) in our French office

What your day will look like

You will be a lead in this team, linking managers and doc controls, without management responsabilities and with the goal to support team efficiency, using your experience, best practices and "know-how".

Operational responsabilities:
- Document control and monitoring
- Implementation of the document management system (Process, circuits, etc.)
- Distribution of documentation on the various project and client EDMs
- Training users and administrators in the use of the project EDM
- Alerts and reminders on the delivery of deliverables
- Drafting of procedures and tutorials
- Implementation and production of client reports
- EDM administration (Multi-platform)
- Customer relations: interface, advice, etc.
 

Who you are

To be succesful in this position, you are/have :

- A real experience of Doc controlling, at least 5 years
- A knowledge of different EDM tools
- Best practice to share and implement for the Doc controlling team
- Speak French and English, fluently
- Communicate well and report clearly about challenges and expectations
- An experience in the construction/infrastructure industry is a plus

You will report to the Doc Controlling Managers
