As a Marketing & Sales Operations Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making within our Digital team. We are a fast-growing European SaaS player in the construction space, seeking a hands-on, results-oriented professional to optimize marketing performance and improve sales processes.
 
Beyond crunching numbers, you will be a data evangelist, enabling teams to make informed decisions. With experience in an international B2B environment, you confidently engage with colleagues worldwide to share insights and drive change.
Reporting to the Director Digital, you’ll work closely with Marketing and Sales, leveraging a modern tech stack and advanced demand generation and attribution models.

What your day will look like

Key Responsibilities:
 
Reporting & Analytics 
  • Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization
  • Assess campaign performance and analyze attribution across touchpoints, optimizing for maximum ROI across various channels and regions
  • Enable marketing team members to take better decisions
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood
  • Execute monthly reporting for the Marketing as well as Management team
Marketing & Sales Operations 
  • Define follow-up and tracking processes of leads in Salesforce to create transparency from lead creation to opportunity
  • Closely monitor lead follow-up and collaborate with Sales (Operations) to ensure process diligence
  • Ensure smooth data flow within the MarTech Stack 

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Highly organised, hands-on, detail oriented and able to prioritise requests under time pressure 
  • Strong analytical brain, with quick ability to act and optimize on the insights 
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility to adapt plans and take action. Preference for a busy atmosphere where every day is different 
  • Advanced English language skills. German, French or Spanish are a plus 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a marketing role within a SaaS company
  • Significant experience with: Salesforce is a must, Marketing Automation (ideally Marketo), Google Analytics / GA4, Power BI
