Want to work in a culture built on mutual trust and respect? How about having the freedom to make work fit into your life (and not the other way round)? A career with Thinkproject could be just the opportunity you're looking for.

What do we do?
Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strength-to-strength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.
---
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer (m/f/d) to provide comprehensive oversight, expert guidance, and hands-on support across our IT environment. In this role you will protect the organization from financial and reputational risks by establishing and maintaining strong security protocols and ensure adherence to security industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will provide hands-on and remote network-level support, design, and implementation functions to Thinkproject, ensuring that customer requirements are met effectively both in terms of technical capability and cost-efficiency. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal departments, and external suppliers. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and delivery of communication networks to provide maximum performance and availability for the organization and its customers.

Ideally, you have experience in varied IT roles undertaking oversight, expert guidance, design, and support, with a key focus on networking. In this role you have the chance to work within specialist support and project delivery teams, handling both reactive work caused by problems of varying degrees of criticality, proactive work to enhance Thinkproject's ability to achieve its SLAs, and project work to deliver new solutions to the business and its customers.
