You are a Online / Performance Marketing Rockstar who is willing to proof his expertise in a fast and highly evolving B2B business landscape. We don't care whether you acquired your performance marketing skills as an autodidact or during your studies. As an expert in creating and executing Online Marketing campaigns for SaaS companies, preferrable in Google and LinkedIn, you know exactly how to activate potential customers with attractive paid formats. You are bursting with ideas and are full of energy to bring them to life. You work independently and are proactive.

What your day will look like
- You are familiar with all relevant advertising formats in Google and LinkedIn and combine appropriate advertising strategies to achieve the best possible results
- You regularly monitor the performance of the ads (Engagement, CTR) and optimize pricing models to achieve the best possible performance within the campaigns (CPC, CPM)
- You are analysing campaign data and creating reports to monitor performance and derive recommendations for action
- You have proven knowledge and experience in A/B testing to determine which model best fits the campaign goals and given budgets
- You live in the online marketing world, proactively follow all the latest trends / developments of the individual advertising platforms and are interested in pushing boundaries
- You are the expert for ad design and messaging, i.e. you take full responsibility for the best practice approach of each ad and manage the interfaces with other internal departments and external agencies
What you need to fulfill the role
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record and experience in creating and executing B2B SaaS Performance Marketing campaigns in LinkedIn & Google, ideally in the SaaS industry
- Expert knowledge of relevant advertisement and data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
- Fluency in English
