Mission
As Organizational & Compliance Manager, you will ensure organizational structures, roles, and position frameworks are clear, compliant, and consistently applied across the company. You will play a key role in organizational changes, re-organizations, and role design, ensuring alignment with HR standards, labour law, and internal governance while supporting business agility and growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and govern organizational structure frameworks, including departments, reporting lines, roles, and positions.
- Ensure organizational changes (re-orgs, restructures, new roles) follow defined HR governance, approval flows, and documentation standards. Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners throughout implementation phase.
- Act as HR subject-matter expert on job architecture, position management, and organizational design compliance.
- Partner with People & Culture Leadership and Finance teams to assess the impact of organizational changes.
- Ensure role and position structures are aligned with labor law, internal policies, and local requirements.
- Maintain accurate organizational documentation, org charts, role descriptions, and position data.
- Support workforce planning, role clarity, and decision-making through structured org design principles.
- Lead compliance aspects of people-related audits (e.g. org structure, headcount, role alignment)
- Monitor and manage risks related to misaligned roles, reporting lines, or non-compliant structures.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR governance, org management processes, and change controls
What You Bring
Experience
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations, organizational management, or people governance roles.
- Proven experience supporting organizational changes, re-organizations, and role/position management.
- Strong exposure to job architecture, position management, and organizational design frameworks.
- Hands-on experience ensuring compliance within People area.
- Experience working closely with HRBPs, leadership, and People Operations teams.
- Experience supporting people-related audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.
- Experience working in a multi-country or international HR environment.

- Strong understanding of organizational design principles and HR governance
- Ability to translate business changes into compliant org and role structures.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex org structures
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and people-focused mindset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
