What your day will look like

Leadership of the P&C Operations Team, ensuring excellent employee support and compliant administrative processes globally. Your main responsibilities:
·       Leadership of the global P&C Operations Team 
·       Implementation, execution and optimization of efficient P&C administration processes globally, taking into account legal, collective agreements and company regulations.
·       Ensuring a seamless payroll process in collaboration with the local People Relations Managers
·       Ensuring employees receive a competent P&C service and answer queries and concerns relating to the employee life cycle within defined SLAs.
·       Creation of global P&C Operations standards and polices, ensuring uniform templates and their application.
·       Responsibility for legally compliant and audit-proof documentation of all P&C-related information globally and participation in the respective Audits (Tax, Social Security and ISMS).
·       Ownership of regional and /or global projects from end to end with a focus on process automation, simplification and scalability  

What you need to fulfill the role

·       Apprenticeship or university degree in the field of business administration or HR management
·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Leadership role
·       Experience with Preparatory payroll and labour law
·       Structured, reliable and accountable way of working
