What your day will look like
- Leadership of the global P&C Operations Team
- Implementation, execution and optimization of efficient P&C administration processes globally, taking into account legal, collective agreements and company regulations.
- Ensuring a seamless payroll process in collaboration with the local People Relations Managers
- Ensuring employees receive a competent P&C service and answer queries and concerns relating to the employee life cycle within defined SLAs.
- Creation of global P&C Operations standards and polices, ensuring uniform templates and their application.
- Responsibility for legally compliant and audit-proof documentation of all P&C-related information globally and participation in the respective Audits (Tax, Social Security and ISMS).
- Ownership of regional and /or global projects from end to end with a focus on process automation, simplification and scalability
What you need to fulfill the role
- Apprenticeship or university degree in the field of business administration or HR management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Leadership role
- Experience with Preparatory payroll and labour law
- Structured, reliable and accountable way of working
