Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public. 
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to manage our Kalidoc service. You will lead a team of 35 employees composed of 2 Team leads, Document controllers and a pre-sales expert. The team is spread between Paris, Lyon and Bucharest.
 
Your missions:
  • Manage and lead the team by guaranteeing performance and quality, while ensuring effective human management.
  • Meet the challenge of automating our solutions via artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Collaborate closely with other Thinkproject departments, particularly the Sales teams, to promote our solutions on the market.
  • Manage customer relationships. 
  • Develop, in collaboration with the Sales team, relevant commercial proposals

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Coming from the construction sector, with good knowledge of SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary team management.
  • Skills in project management, development of commercial offers and resource estimation.
  • Experience in collaboration with managers (attached to the CRO) and interdepartmental coordination.
  • In-depth expertise in document management solutions, with 10 years of experience in this field
