As value adding team member you consult our clients in their transformation journey by showing off with the Pre-Sales consultancy scales, capabilities of our platform and expertise in services.
What your day will look like
- Guide and inspire Enterprise Sales Teams to achieving our revenue goals. Supporting the Sales team in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle and be an active part of the deal crafting process.
- Guide Sales to understand the business value of the tp solution. Design and develop re-usable client business use cases.
- Conduct customer meetings and workshops at national and international levels to structure the full sales process (from discovery to contract) together with the Account Executive.
- Have discovery conversations and detect new business opportunities (calls, meetings etc.) with prospects and customers.
- Assess and respond to RFIs/RFPs from a strategic point of view. Design & execute the best strategy, in collaboration with the Account Executive, to build a winning and compelling value proposition for the client.
- Be a creative active part in the deal making process.
- Ensure an effective and smooth transition to the Services team. Give structured feedback to the Product and Development teams
What you need to fulfill the role
A successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Highly experienced and motivated professional.
- “Yes we can” mentality, is an analytical, structured problem solver, creative and a storyteller.
- Deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and have exceptional communication skills, like active listening and asking the right questions.
- Can work in a cross departmental, international team environment.
- Have a track record of having a consultative approach with clients.
- Capable of creating value proposition solutions, based on a platform approach.
- Results driven
- Possess an Entrepreneurial spirit, courage, risk taking, driving change and be innovative.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
- Can collaborate digitally, make data models and apply statistics
