We are looking for a Presales Director (m/f/d) located in Paris area
What your day will look like
-
Coordinating, plan the execution of the committed strategy, set priorities, organise the daily activities and the day-to-day guidance the team and team members need. -
Monitor, the quality of work, the activities (time recording) the success rate of presales deals and the knowledge of the Pre Sales Team members -
Develop a work environment with good team spirit: a transparent and trustworthy environment where creativity, go the extra mile and structured way of working is valued and stimulated. -
Work, enable and monitor the team according to the Solution (Pre) Sales process and the provided connected tools -
Enable the team to develop in collaboration, with the AE, the account plans and customer success plans supporting Thinkproject & (Eagle) Account strategy and manage on the agreed tasks. -
Managing the workload and development of the team -
Define Team KPI’s and Team member KPI’s and the connected objectives and report on the progress -
Be a trusted advisor and example for the team, a sparring partner & inspiration on content, process and way of working -
Manage on strategic level customer expectations and changes in their values and desired outcomes -
Guide and lead by example the team in Relationship building and networking in the Account to support the development of customer satisfaction and growth -
Provide proactive input on improvements on way of working, strategy etc towards VP Pre Sales - Awareness of your expertise, provide a program to your (appointed) field of expertise in a way that it is digestible for the team to learn. Together with VP Pre Sales define the method for enablement
What you need to fulfill the role

Experience (technical / leadership) ·
Strong background and expertise in the relevant domain. ·
Experience in people management ·
Successful in managing roles in complex sales trajects -
Functional expertise or method expertise ·
Proven experience in technical/sales consulting or related roles. ·
Excellent communication and presentation skills. ·
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. ·
Strong Commercial mindset
