What your day will look like
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful product execution.
- Work with UX team to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation of the SAAS Platform portal and associated services
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Iterate on existing features to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product offerings with business objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability / Overhead budget planning for the location ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Running the quarterly board meetings
- Reviewing and signing company tax and secretarial compliance documents, employee contracts, vendor contracts, amendments, handbook, visa letters, etc.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from vendors
- Partnering with P&C on HR topics such as talent management & compensation review, employees' benefits and grievances addressal.
- Reviewing contractual documents with vendors (workspace service provider, employee insurance provider, etc.) and signing them off
- Planning and organising events with the cultural committee group (kick-off, team building, international visits, etc.)
- Facilitating ISMS implementation
- Conducting TP India All Hands and India Leadership meetings
- Conducting interviews (as required) for cultural fit with TP/TP India
What you need to fulfill the role
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
