We are looking for an Product Manager (f/m/d) for our new Reading office
What your day will look like
To understand the market demand (for your relevant product domain) and deliver an intuitive, easy to use, data driven software solution. Working in collaboration with the Product Owners, UX/UI, dev teams and tech lead, you will be responsible for the roadmap delivery for your dedicated workstream.
We need you to :
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Prioritize value delivery for key AECO personas (EPCs, asset owners, operators, consultants, contractors).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure that we position ourselves as thought / innovation leader
- Ensure we understand and maintain regulatory compliance in order to work in the relevant regions and with specific profile customers (i.e. C5, ISO19650,….)
User and Market Research:
- Along with UX/UI team conduct deep discovery with users across the construction lifecycle (Plan, Design, Build, Handover, Operate) to identify and document valid use cases for our product line
- Continually review and understand the competitive landscape (SWOT) from both global but also regional players in our core markets.
Roadmap Ownership:
- retain responsibility and ownership of the product roadmap
- Ensure that product owners are aligned on roadmap priorities and that a clear, prioritized product backlog is maintained and always accessible in Aha!
- Present roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Cross functional delivery leadership:
- Lead/drive the product and collaborate closely with POs, UX/UI, Tech Lead, Dev Team, QA, etc.
- Take the lead decisions on product roadmap prioritisation
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
- Act a single point of truth between internal teams (sales, marketing, services) and external stakeholder (customers and partners)
- Regular sync with other PMs and program managers to ensure dependencies between product squads are aligned and maintained.
- Present roadmap updates to leadership teams as needed.
Go-to-Market & Enablement support:
- Support launch plans with product marketing and sales enablement
- Work with sales and marketing to define pricing and packaging
- Collaborate with presales to ensure they are aware of pending developments and releases, ready for demo.
- Collaborate with service support and marketing to prepare training materials, demos, onboarding information and release documentation
Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement:
- Work with leadership to define and monitor KPIs
- Analyse usage data and customer feedback (via Aha!) to iterate and improve product-market fit.
- Along with UX/UI facilitate user testing, EAPs and the gathering of insights to refine the product further.
What you need to fulfill the role
For you to be succesful in this role :
- Industry Experience: 5 years in product management, preferably in SaaS solutions for in the Asset Management and Maintenance industries (utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, facilities management).
- Domain Experience: Hands-on exposure to asset maintenance processes, asset data management, or related software solutions (CMMS, EAM, IWMS).
- Proven Track Record: Launching successful SaaS products or major features, ideally with measurable business impact.
- Asset Management Expertise: Understanding of asset lifecycle management, preventive and corrective maintenance, condition monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Product Tools: Familiarity with tools like Azure Devops, Aha!, Figma, or equivalent for backlog, roadmap prototype management.
- You are fluent in English
