Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

What your day will look like

As a Product Owner, you act as the voice of the customer for the development team. You create and manage a prioritised product backlog that balances customer needs, essential technical requirements, and strategic goals to maximise revenue and drive overall business value.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Hold discovery sessions and facilitation of workshops with customers
  • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog, in coordination with the Strategic Leads
  • Functionally design the business need within the applications
  • Write specifications / user stories in AHA and Dev Ops
  • Provide feedback and support to the quality team
  • Validate new developments
  • Participate in change management, communication and training of employees in product developments
  • Document (and present) the developments delivered. This will mean presenting both internally and sometimes externally (to customers).
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure the use cases and value proposition of the product is clearly communicated both internally, and in the market
  • Work alongside Lead Product Managers and Strategic leads to maintain a strategically aligned roadmap for the respective product

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Ability to grasp market needs and convey them to the development team through well-crafted user stories
  • In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Strong skills in managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Quick learner with a proven ability to adapt
  • Solid understanding of Agile Lifecycle methodologies
  • Exceptional organisational and planning capabilities
  • Confident and effective presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
