What your day will look like

We are looking for a HR project manager, with a strong knowledge on New Hire Onboarding based in Romania to design, launch, and manage our internal Onboarding Bootcamp program for new hires across the organization. This is a Temporary contract for 1 year - with a possibility of a longer employment.

In the first phase, this role will act as a project manager responsible for building the onboarding bootcamp from the ground up: defining the program structure, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the content and logistics are in place.

Once established, the Onboarding Specialist will organize and run the bootcamp every two months, ensuring that new employees receive a consistent, engaging, and effective introduction to the company, its culture, and its tools.

This role requires strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills, working closely with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bootcamp Design & Implementation (Project Phase)

  • Lead the design and implementation of the company-wide onboarding bootcamp.
  • Participate to the definition of the program structure, agenda, and learning objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate content contributors and subject matter experts across departments.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create relevant onboarding sessions.
  • Define the materials, and tools needed for the program.
  • Establish processes and documentation to ensure the program is scalable and repeatable.
  • Implement mechanisms to collect feedback and continuously improve the program.


2. Bootcamp Delivery & Operations

  • Organize and run the onboarding bootcamp every two months for all new hires.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, and logistics for each cohort.
  • Coordinate speakers and facilitators across departments.
  • Ensure all new hires receive the necessary resources, materials, and access.
  • Facilitate sessions when required and ensure a smooth participant experience.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics.


3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact for onboarding bootcamp activities.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders: Enablement, IT, Finance, HR / People team, Marketing.
  • Ensure alignment between onboarding content and company priorities, tools, and culture.


4. Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Update bootcamp content and structure to reflect organizational changes and new priorities.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Excellent English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in project management, onboarding, enablement, training, or HR programs.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience organizing training programs, workshops, or internal events is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
