What your day will look like
Task Execution: Deliver a defined set of non-client-facing tasks to support the overall operations of the Services Organisation, ensuring reliability and consistency in execution.
Rapid Product Deployment: Enable fast response and rapid implementation of Thinkproject products through efficient provisioning processes that adhere to internal service levels.
Strategy & Methodology Input: Provide ongoing contributions to the evolution of provisioning strategies, procedures, and implementation methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
Process Excellence: Promote a working environment where provisioning service delivery processes follow best practices and align with Thinkproject’s global service framework.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for provisioning processes and user guides to ensure consistency and support internal stakeholders.
Task Execution: Deliver a defined set of non-client-facing tasks to support the overall operations of the Services Organisation, ensuring reliability and consistency in execution.
Rapid Product Deployment: Enable fast response and rapid implementation of Thinkproject products through efficient provisioning processes that adhere to internal service levels.
Support Ticket Handling: Complete support tickets that do not require expert-level product knowledge, focusing on speed, accuracy, and service quality for internal requests.
What you need to fulfill the role
English Language Skills mandatory
Educational Background: Upper Secondary Education Completion, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Professional Experience: 2+ years in a similar role or in a comparable role.
Repetitive Task Commitment: Willingness to complete repetitive tasks.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
Digital Tool Proficiency: Ability to work on digital tools.
Results Commitment: Strong commitment to results.
Process Improvement Initiative: Shows initiative to suggest improvements to process and tasks.
Task Automation Understanding: Experience with automation of tasks and basic understanding of Provisioning.
Task Ownership: Ability to take ownership of tasks, improving them through time.
