Mission
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Sales Enablement / Learning and Development Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Sales Enablement team. This role is crucial in helping our sales organization and provide high-quality training to our Sales and Presales teams.
 
This role requires a fair understanding of sales processes, methodologies as well as the ability to leverage various technologies to create effective and interactive content for both on-line, on-demand consumption and live enablement events. 
 
The Sales Enablement Specialist will work closely with other stakeholders (e.g. Presales, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations) to ensure that the learning materials meet the educational goals and standards of our organization.

What your day will look like

Content and Enablement Paths Creation and Development 
  • Own and maintain our Sales Enablement Platform, Showpad. You are the go-to person for all things Showpad for our end-users.
  • Create, revise and update course / enablement path content as needed. You will work both in our Sales Enablement Platform as well as create and edit documentation in e.g. MS Office (Sharepoint, Powerpoint, …), Camtasia, Storylane, etc. 
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our training delivery strategies and support a sustainable learning environment.
Project Management 
  • Create, assign and monitor targeted communication to internal stakeholders about new enablement programs planned, launched as well as program progress and performance.
  • Gather information from internal departments and various stakeholders to understand and design training programs and enablement paths (e.g. onboarding new Account Executives, Sales Playbooks, Certification Programs).
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders, across Sales, Sales Operations, Presales, Marketing, Services and Partner Management to optimise internal enablement content​.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for enablement projects.
Evaluation and Analytics 
  • Measuring the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes. Most will be done in Showpad, some in Salesforce (simple reports and dashboards).  
  • Using data (e.g. content consumption, adoption, engagement) to improve learner outcomes and experience 
Communication and Collaboration 
  • Communicate with and support our extended sales teams, our “customers” in the use of our Sales Enablement Platform with the goal to constantly improve our offering. 
  • Handle audience communications to ensure seamless program execution 
Further Development of The Sales Enablement Function  
  • Supporting and consulting the Sales Enablement team to continuously improve sales training performance and adoption by our sales teams.
  • Innovation: Staying up-to-date with advancements in sales enablement (gamification, AI use in Sales Enablement).

What you need to fulfill the role

  • 5+ years experience in adult education, sales enablement, learning and development, as a trainer or in sales.
  • Proficiency in using multimedia tools and software for image, audio, and video editing.
  • Experience with learning management systems or Sales Enablement Platforms like Highspot, Showpad or similar.
  • Experience in using authoring tools (welcome but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • Create Blended learning experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great at stakeholder management / leading by influence
Functional skills
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
  • You work in a structured way and design programs with scalability in mind 
  • Project Management skills
  • Instructional Design skills (advantageous, not mandatory)  
  • Team spirit and “can do” attitude
