What your day will look like
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support sales leadership with accurate forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
- Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and commission modelling
- Monitor sales KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation
- Partner with finance and marketing to ensure alignment across revenue operations
- Support implementation of new tools and processes to improve sales productivity
- Drive improvements in CRM data hygiene and sales process compliance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools)
What you need to fulfill the role
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Management Consulting or a related commercial analyst role
- Prior experience in a SaaS or tech-driven business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field; Masters Degree a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM (ideally Salesforce) and BI tools
- Understanding of key sales metrics and the sales funnel; experience supporting quota-bearing teams is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional and international environment
- Strong business acumen and communication skills – able to translate data into insight
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
- Fluency in English; German/French language is a big plus
