What your day will look like

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making, and optimising sales processes. You will drive sales productivity of our commercial teams to enable the ambitious growth trajectory of Thinkproject.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded analyst with a background in Sales, Revenue Operations, Consulting or Financial Planning & Analysis, who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support sales leadership with accurate forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
  • Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and commission modelling
  • Monitor sales KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Partner with finance and marketing to ensure alignment across revenue operations
  • Support implementation of new tools and processes to improve sales productivity
  • Drive improvements in CRM data hygiene and sales process compliance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools)

What you need to fulfill the role

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Management Consulting or a related commercial analyst role
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or tech-driven business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field; Masters Degree a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM (ideally Salesforce) and BI tools
  • Understanding of key sales metrics and the sales funnel; experience supporting quota-bearing teams is a plus
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills – able to translate data into insight
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; German/French language is a big plus
