We are looking for a bright and analytical Sales Operations Analyst (m/f/d) who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment to bring operations expertise to the fast-growing construction industry.
 
You will be responsible for all pre and post sales operations-related matters within tp group, mainly for Germany. In close collaboration with our central operations team, you will play a key role in analyzing data to measure the business correctly. You will report into the Manager Sales Operations.

ENGAGE, EMPOWER & LEARN | YOUR TASKS

  • Track and measure the sales team’s analytics and document them in an accessible and easy to understand manner to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles and maximize deal closing
  • Evaluate sales data for accurate forecasting and ensure this process evolves
  • Track, report and provide actionable analysis on KPIs progress, process adherence, points to be improved, issues to be addressed and collaboration with countries
  • Optimizing of sales processes
  • Ensure effective CRM hygiene is undertaken by the sales team
  • Build scalable onboarding and Sales enablement model

OPEN-MINDED, COMMITTED & VERSATILE | YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations Analyst Role in an enterprise software sales organization (SaaS)
  • Excellent Skills in Excel usage and proficient with spreadsheets
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large data while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Experience with CRMs and an understanding how sales teams use it, experience with Sugar/Salesforce is a strong plus
  • You’re analytical, extremely organized and meticulous
  • Data driven work mentality
  • Passionate about quality control and efficiency
  • Fluent in German and English
