We are looking for a bright and analytical Sales Operations Representative (m/f/d) who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment to bring operations expertise to the fast-growing construction industry.
You will be responsible for all pre and post sales operations-related matters within supporting our German Market. In close collaboration with our central operations team, you will play a key role in analyzing data to measure the business correctly. In this role you will report to the Manager Sales Operations.


  • Evaluate sales data for accurate forecasting and ensure this process is evolving.
  • Tracking analytics on progress of KPIs; adhering to processes; improving various items; troubleshooting issues, working with central Sales Operations. 
  • Optimising sales processes to close sales faster. 
  • Ensure effective CRM hygiene by the sales team
  • Ensuring effective onboarding and continuous sales enablement
  • Evaluating the correct data in our RFPIO tool (maintenance & improvement) in cooperation with the Commercial Sales Manager and Regional Management 
  • Optimising the use of RFPIO incl. training / enablement 
  • Preparation of sales data for Regional Managers Germany for management meetings 
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure data accuracy in CRM/Forecasting 
  • Support of Regional Management in the preparation of deal review/follow up account plans 
  • Special projects around sales


  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations Role in an enterprise software sales organization (SaaS)
  • Excellent Skills in Excel usage and proficient with spreadsheets
  • Experience with CRMs and an understanding how sales teams use it
  • Experience with Sugar/Salesforce is a strong plus
  • You’re analytical, extremely organized and meticulous
  • Data driven work mentality
  • Passionate about quality control and efficiency
  • Fluent in German and English
