To help drive this we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) with strong technical expertise and the ability to be involved in all levels of technical discussions, from architecture to hands on coding.

What your day will look like
- Design, develop and practice DevOps to deliver and maintain SaaS services at global scale within the customer facing SLAs and budgets
- Reduce MTTR and MTTD’s with Observability platform using monitoring, capacity, and trend analysis toolsets
- Hands on incident and problem management resolution, reported by internal development teams, technical account managers and customers
- Author and maintain build and release pipelines (CI/CD) using technologies like Azure DevOps and Jenkins
- Author and maintain IaC automation scripts using Terraform and other equivalent technologies
- Be the internal champion in the domain of cloud engineering and provide consultation about right cloud products, industry trends, sizing & budgeting, appropriate use cases etc., to development and other engineering teams
- Understand complex technical requirements, turn those requirements into a design, and a fully costed implementation plan
- You will be required to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Technical Project Delivery including risk management and reporting
- Participate in out of hours support team
What you need to fulfill the role
- 5 + years + Experience
- Azure DevOps – Boards, Repos, Artifacts, Pipelines (YAML)
- Azure & (AWS) technologies / services
- AKS, ACI, App service & Functions,VMs (including Scale-Sets) – Deploying, imaging, maintaining, and scaling
- Key Vault – Creating and managing secrets and certificates
- SQL Server or equivalent in PaaS
- VNets, App gateways, Traffic Manager
- Defender, App insigh
- Tools –Terraform, Ansible, ADO, GIT, Linux, docker, bash
- Any monitoring tool e.g. New Relic – Deployment, monitoring, simple synthetics, and alerts
Nice to haves:
- Migration from legacy platforms to modern cloud solutions
- On Premise (Classic Technology) Microsoft OS, Microsoft SQL, Linux OS, IIS, Apache, VMWare.
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- ITILv3/4
- ISO certification 27001, 22301 and 9001
- Cyber Essentials PLUS
- Knowledge of German C5 and French SecNumCloud
