Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Department: People & Culture (P&C)
Contract: Permanent

What your day will look like

  • Management of the employee life cycle in close collaboration with the P&C Business Partner (e.g. Employment contracts, amendment agreements, reference letters, etc.) and update employee records
  • Preparatory payroll and ensuring local Tax compliancy in close collaboration with the external payroll
  • Management and continuous improvement of local People & Culture processes with the aim of making P&C services customer-friendly, efficient and digital
  • Maintenance of employee records and our HRIS System, ensuring a high data quality
  • Advise employees and manage all people-related requests  (e.g. induction calls, exit interviews etc.)
  • Conduct internal and external Audits (e.g. Tax, Compliance, ISMS)
  • Administer health and safety visits & programs according to local regulations
  • Preparation of local reporting for different internal and external Stakeholders
  • Management of the internal global Mobility processes
  • Participate in P&C-adhoc projects
  • Management of local external providers related to employees (e.g. Employer of Record, Health Insurance, Pension Provider, Temporary Work from abroad requests, etc.)
  • Act as the cultural ambassador towards our employees to ensure a positive employee experience

What you need to fulfill the role

  • 5+ years of experience within a Service related P&C environment
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist is beneficial
  • Apprenticeship or university degree in the field of business administration or HR management
  • Experience and knowledge of Preparatory payroll and local labor legislations. Experience with Polish or Dutch payrolls is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills. Fluent Polish, Dutch or Spanish skills are a plus.
