What your day will look like

Mission

As Senior Program Manager (f/m/d) for Core Products, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery, coordination, and evolution of Thinkproject’s core product suite across the platform. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and operational delivery, ensuring that complex, cross-product initiatives are planned, aligned, and delivered effectively.

Your focus is to provide clarity, structure, and execution discipline across multiple teams and products, enabling predictable delivery while supporting long-term platform scalability and strategic objectives. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Services teams to manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes across the Thinkproject Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Own and manage large-scale, cross-product programs spanning Thinkproject’s core product suite.
  • Translate product and platform strategy into executable program plans with clear scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  • Track progress against milestones, manage inter-team dependencies, and ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Cross-Product & Platform Coordination

  • Engage with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Services, and Operations to ensure shared understanding of goals and constraints.
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing clear options, trade-offs, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes in a clear and structured manner to leadership and delivery teams.
  • Ensure consistent expectations and alignment across geographically distributed teams.

Risk, Dependency & Governance Management

  • Identify, track, and actively manage program-level risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Establish appropriate governance, cadence, and reporting mechanisms for complex initiatives.
  • Drive proactive mitigation strategies and escalation where required to protect delivery commitments.
  • Ensure programs adhere to agreed delivery standards, quality expectations, and operational readiness requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working

  • Contribute to the evolution of program management practices, tooling, and standards across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Support adoption of consistent planning, tracking, and execution practices across the core product teams.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What you need to fulfill the role

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a complex, product-led technology organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional programs spanning multiple products or teams.
  • Strong understanding of software product development lifecycles, platform-based architectures, and agile delivery models.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, with clarity and confidence.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing delivery across time zones.
  • Fluent English required.

Bonus:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software products.
  • Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, or asset lifecycle management software.
  • Experience scaling program management frameworks in growing organisations.
  • Exposure to portfolio management, roadmap alignment, or strategic planning activities.
