What your day will look like
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to fulfill an exciting role in our Bucharest office. The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key role within the sales systems operations organization, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions along with supporting the salesforce admin team with complex requests.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs by building close working relationships with business stakeholders and functional leaders to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Refine SFDC ITIL Service Management, Change Control and Release Management processes and encourage broader adoption of these ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions, processes, and capabilities.
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
- Manage Salesforce side endpoints and inbound/outbound data feeds from/to third party software integrations.
- Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation
What you need to fulfill the role
- 3+ years in Salesforce Development, ideally in a consulting or SaaS environment
- Experience in Salesforce Development
- Experience in Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of financial ERP software
- APEX/Javascript/SOQL or similar languages related to Salesforce
- This role requires certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder
