What your day will look like
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs by building close working relationships with business stakeholders and functional leaders to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Refine SFDC ITIL Service Management, Change Control and Release Management processes and encourage broader adoption of these ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions, processes, and capabilities.
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
- Manage Salesforce side endpoints and inbound/outbound data feeds from/to third party software integrations.
- Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation.
What you need to fulfill the role
Technical
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or qualified through experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Platform App Builder or qualified through experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Flow, notably record-triggered and screen flows.
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ
- Data warehousing experience including working knowledge of data migrations
- Experience with Salesforce sharing, visibility, and data architecture and knowledge of best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and optimise integrated business processes across objects.
- Comfortable leading the implementation of an Architecture with internal teams and partners
- Experience of Agile methodologies along with Jira, Gearset (for deployment)
- Business analysis experience
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
- Team player able to develop strong working relationships and create a positive impression with people of all levels.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills – keeping calm under pressure.
- Delivery focused, with proactivity, drive, determination, and energy.
- Logical thinker, with strong project management skills and commitment to continuous innovation.
- Professional and technical credibility.
- Nice to have: Salesforce Certified System Architect
