Who are we ?

Introducing Thinkproject Platform

Shape the future of digital constructionAt Thinkproject, we're building products that transform how the construction industry collaborates. We believe Product Design is more than creating beautiful interfaces—it's about solving real customer problems, influencing product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer who combines strong UX thinking, excellent design craft and a modern product mindset. Someone who enjoys collaborating across disciplines, challenges assumptions, validates ideas with users and is excited by the possibilities AI brings to Product Design.

If you're passionate about building outstanding products, continuously improving your craft and working with a team that values innovation, ownership and collaboration, we'd love to meet you.

What your day will look like

  • Shape product strategy together with Product Managers and Engineering from discovery through delivery
  • Design intuitive, scalable experiences that solve real customer problems.
Validate ideas through user research, usability testing and continuous customer feedback.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product outcomes and measure success.
  • Collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Drive UX thinking across your product area and help teams make customer-centred decisions.
  • Contribute to our Design System, accessibility initiatives and modern design practices.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered workflows and identify opportunities where AI can improve our products.
  • Support your fellow designers, share knowledge and help strengthen our Design community.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Have 5+ years of experience designing successful digital products, ideally in complex B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hold a degree in UX, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Enjoy solving customer problems more than simply designing screens.
  • Base your decisions on research, usability testing, metrics and measurable outcomes.
  • Have a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process—from discovery and validation to measurable impact.
  • Are highly proficient in Figma, prototyping and modern design workflows.
  • Have experience working with Design Systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
  • Feel comfortable collaborating directly with developers, Product Managers and stakeholders.
  • Can confidently explain, present and defend your design decisions using evidence and business context.
  • Take ownership, challenge assumptions and proactively drive improvements.
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and see AI as a tool to create better products, improve workflows and unlock new opportunities.
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting teammates and contributing to a collaborative design culture.

How we work

We're not looking for someone who simply completes design tickets.

We're looking for someone who helps shape product direction, brings new ideas to the table, asks difficult questions when needed and works with the team to build the best possible solution.

Our Design team believes in:

  • Customer outcomes over assumptions.
  • Research and usability testing over opinions.
  • Metrics over guesswork.
  • Collaboration over silos.
  • AI as an accelerator—not a replacement.
  • Continuous learning, experimentation and improvement.
  • Shared ownership and supporting one another.
  • If this sounds like the way you already work—or the way you want to work—you'll fit right in.

Our hiring process

We value how you think just as much as what you've designed. Our recruitment process gives you the opportunity to demonstrate both.

  • HR introduction (30 minutes)
  • Technical interview and portfolio/case study review (45 minutes)
  • Figma design exercise (approximately 4 hours)
  • Whiteboard product design challenge (1 hour)
  • Conversation with our CPTO (30 minutes)

Before you apply

Please submit:

  • Your CV.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your Product Design process, including research, design decisions, validation and measurable outcomes—not just polished UI screens.
  • The completed application questionnaire (link provided during the application process).

The questionnaire is an important part of our recruitment process and applications without a portfolio and completed questionnaire won't be considered.
