What your day will look like
- You will contribute to the future of how the construction industry will work digitally with stunning user experience and interface designs by being actively involved in defining product development, innovation, and creation
- You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering and customers to gain a profound understanding of product requirements
- You will design usable experiences and interfaces for our products, and translate them into testable low, mid and high-fidelity prototypes
- You will be a part of a design team working together with the common process and supporting each other on daily basis
- You will actively shape and create a design culture at Thinkproject
- You will present product designs to stakeholders
- Verify product experiences with end-users through user research methods
- Lead, create and maintain a Thinkproject wide design system
What you need to fulfill the role
- Proven track record in designing and delivering multiple digital product designs for both desktop and mobile apps, including native and cross-platform solutions.
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in creating design deliverables for responsive mobile and web applications, as well as native mobile apps.
- Experience in designing SaaS web applications and B2B software, along with managing complex Design Systems and familiarity with Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Proficiency in working with existing design libraries and creating accessible interfaces according to standards, demonstrating a keen eye for UI details.
- Ability to work independently while supporting colleagues, thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide quick and confident UI solutions within tight deadlines, and effectively organize work according to project timelines.
- Desire to advance to a senior role within the company, expand responsibilities (including mentoring less experienced colleagues), and willingness to learn visual and/or motion UI design, microanimation (Lottie files), and high fidelity prototyping. Fluency in English is required, with German or French being a plus. Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
